These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by Lee Atelier Group, a Georgia business ("we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. Work for clients is also covered by a written quote or Client Service Agreement. If that signed agreement differs from these terms, the signed agreement controls.
1. Consults and quotes. Every engagement starts with a free consult. Prices shown on this site, if any, are starting prices. Final pricing depends on your scope, and you get a written quote before any work begins.
2. What we do and don't do. We prepare documents and organize information. We do not give legal, tax, financial, credit, or medical advice. Legal questions go to a licensed attorney, and patent applications must be prepared and filed by you or by a USPTO-registered practitioner. Business formation filing support is data entry only, from the information you give us, on the state's own forms. Sales tax returns are filed through your own state account with your authorization, and you review and approve each one; we are not a CPA firm. Grant writing is billed as a flat or hourly fee, never a percentage of any award, and funding is not guaranteed.
3. Your accounts and ownership. Accounts we set up for you are opened in your name and belong to you. When you've paid in full, we assign you the copyright in the final work we created specifically for you. Our own reusable tools and templates stay ours, and you receive a permanent license to use them as built into your work. Third-party themes, apps, fonts, and images are covered by their own licenses.
4. Payment terms. Projects under $500 are paid upfront. Projects of $500–$1,000 take a 50% deposit and a 50% balance. Projects over $1,000 take a 50% deposit, 25% at Design Approval, and 25% at Launch. Deposits are fully refundable within 72 hours of signing if work hasn't started. Amounts unpaid 30 days or more after the due date bear simple interest at 1.5% per month for business clients or 1% per month for personal or household clients, with no minimum and no compounding. 5. Monthly plans renew automatically. Monthly plans renew every month and are charged on the 1st to the payment method you authorize, until you cancel with 30 days' written notice. Cancellations and refunds are covered in our Service policy.
6. Use of the site. Please don't misuse the site, try to break its security, copy its content for commercial use, or use it for anything unlawful.
7. Our content. Text and graphics on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Brand names and logos belong to their owners.
8. Disclaimer. Except as stated in our policies or a written agreement, and to the extent permitted by law, the site is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific results.
9. Limitation of liability. We do our work with reasonable skill and care, but we don't guarantee sales, traffic, rankings, ad results, or how third-party platforms perform. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before a claim or the fee for the project involved, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost profits. These limits don't apply to fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or refunds owed for work not performed.
10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
11. Changes. We may update these terms. The version posted when you hire us applies to that engagement.
