This policy explains how Lee Atelier Group ("we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit this website or contact us.
Information we collect
- What you type into our consult form: your name and email (required), business name and phone (optional), the service category you choose, your message, and whether you checked the box agreeing to be contacted about your request. The form is processed by Netlify Forms, the form service of our website host, Netlify.
- Basic technical data: like any website, our web host, Netlify, automatically logs basic technical data (IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time) for security and troubleshooting.
- No analytics or ad tracking: this site does not currently use analytics tools, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
- Payments: if you pay us, your card or bank details go directly to our payment processor. We never see or store your full card or account number.
- Client information: if you become a client, the logins and business data you share are used only to do your work. Logins are stored in a password manager, and our access is removed when the engagement ends.
How we use your information
- To answer your request and schedule a consult.
- To provide and support the services you hire us for, and to invoice you.
- To keep the site secure and prevent misuse.
- To send marketing emails only if you opt in. Every marketing email identifies us, includes our physical mailing address, and has a working unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days. Replies to your own request are not marketing.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us operate: our web host and form processor (Netlify), our email provider (Google Gmail), our payment processor, and our bookkeeping software. We also share it when the law requires or to protect our rights or the public. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Security and breach notice
We use reasonable safeguards. If a security breach involves your unencrypted personal information, we will notify you without unreasonable delay, as Georgia law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing leeateliergroup@gmail.com. We may need to keep some information for legal, tax, or accounting reasons. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.
Data retention
Inquiries that don't become engagements are deleted after 24 months. Client records are kept for 7 years after the engagement ends, for tax and accounting reasons.
Children
This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
